Our family grew Music Hardneck Garlic for the first time last year. It was a prolific producer with large bulbs.
Music offer an excellent, pungent but not too hot flavor for cooking. We harvested the scapes this summer and dried them for garlic powder. Performs well in any climate.
Plant before the ground freezes (before November). Harvest your garlic around the end of July to the first of August.
Typically 4-7 cloves per bulb.
