Caitlin's story begins as a young girl who was raised in the green industry. She remembers purchasing her first bike with money she had earned working a few hours a day in the greenhouse. In those days, she did small jobs of filling, sweeping, pulling weeds under tables, and carrying boxes for customers. She fondly remembers racing her younger sister to be the first to help a customer. It was always exciting to earn $1 tip for carrying plants to their cars. To this day, customers still say, "I remember you when you were a little girl."  Over the years, a love and passion for plants and floral designed developed. In 2013, Caitlin, along with her 3 sisters became owners of Miller Flowers, entering the small business/ entrepreneur world. Later in 2015, Caitlin became a certified-classically trained florist. In the past 8 years, she has spoken at local libraries, garden club meetings, business networking events, 4H clubs, and more.
