Spring Little Gardener Series Workshop 1: What is a Plant February 20th 11 AM
We are so excited to launch our Spring Little Gardener Series. In this 5-part workshop series, we’ll dive into the amazing and crazy world of plants. Plants not only provide beauty in the landscape; plants clean the air, eat bugs, feed us, and keep us healthy. We’ll learn cool facts, do fun hands-on activities, make new friends, and leave excited to plant our own gardens.
This is geared for 3-10-year-olds. Older & younger children are welcome to attend.
First workshop: Saturday, February 20th 11 AM- What is a plant? We’ll kick off our workshop series for children with a fun hands-on learning experience about the life of a plant starting with a seed. We’ll tour the greenhouse and finish the workshop with planting a pot to take home for the windowsill. Cost: $6.00
